Well at least HMS Tebow is! LOL! This strong looking puppy from the Robert Hume kennel is making an impression even though he has only had a couple off official races under his belt.
Sure he might have been a bit short in his very first schooling race, but since he has been prefect.
He won his next schooling race by 6 lengths and then backed that up with a win in maiden by 3 lengths and a win in grade D by 10. Both of those efforts were in a speedy 30.92 second time, which is comparable to ones run by grade A greyhounds on the card.
Posted outside again in the 2nd race on the card for Sunday Afternoon October 18th, Tebow is ready to take on the competition and bull rush his way to the front and off to the race for another touchdown.
Hume has another upstart that you might want to take notice of too.
Sobe Cream Puff only had one hiccup on her way to grade A as she ran into trouble and finished 6th in her first attempt at grade B.
Beside that effort she is undefeated and has posted up some tremendous efforts. She is averaging wins by 7 lengths and most of the times have been right around the fastest on the card.
Running in her first grade A race on Sunday too, Cream Puff will have her paws full in this one. Welcoming her to the top ranks will be some of the best and hottest greyhounds at the racetrack. Heard of Ru Tuff Enuf? How about BL Punch N Judy? What about Deerfield Moss? Or fellow phenom Wp's Commodore? Truly she has the talent to compete, but it is going to have to have her A+++ game if she wants to run with these proven grade A veterans.
