Cream Puff? I think Not! - Puppy Sobe Cream Puff tearing up the racetrack.

The puppy stakes might just be turning into quite a race here at the Orange Park Kennel Club. Several Kennels have thrown in their hats and having started to make a push for that golden ring.

Most recently is the Robert Hume Kennel. For those of you elsewhere you might know the SOBE prefix, and I'm sure you have seen some good greyhounds at Bluffs Run and Lincoln that he owns.
The best so far that he has brought here is Sobe Cream Puff (Kiowa Mon Manny - Lil Latin Salupe). This puppy has done everything right so far, and the scary part is that this greyhound has gotten better in each and every start. The times keep getting quicker and quicker and the break and remained the same.

Talk about making an impression, Cream Puff posted up a wins in schooling by 4 and 9 lengths and easily ran away from her maiden field to cross 7 lengths clear in a personal best of 31.01. Nice, but her grade D race was even more impressive. Jumping right to the early lead she left the field in her lurch as she pummeled them. Crossing the wire 11 1/2 lengths clear of her next closest competition, she put up an ultra fast 30.58 second run, which is comparable to a fast grade A winning time on any card.

Big things are expected from this youngster and the good news is that she still has some time to even fine tune her craft before the first round of the puppy stakes even starts next month.

Good luck and future success to this incredible looking puppy and thanks to Robert Hume for sending us a good one to watch here at the Orange Park Kennel Club.
