DQ Shows up Big AGAIN!

WInning two of the 3 grade A races on the card and finishing 2nd in the other, I would say that the DQ Williams Kennel took care of business last evening at the Orange Park Kennel Club.

Most impressive was the race for adoption puppy, Charmurpantsoff! This greyhound is just getting better with every start and when he gets the lead, he is something to watch. With 2 wins in a row and 4 in his last 5 efforts in grade A. Keep your eye out for him in the future, IE the upcoming puppy stakes.

The suprise of the evening was probably the win over 660 in grade A for Power Exchange. But are we every surprised when a DQ greyhound wins a 660 race? Not really! Power has proven tough when he can get close early on and that is just what he did in this effort. Breaking near the pack, chasing thruout, and driving home for the easy win.

Now for the other shocker, but this time around it was not a good thing. LOL! Ru Tuff Enuf is still looking for the winner's circle again after he finished 2nd for the straight race in a row. Props to Tk Capitan, Quick Strike's littermate, as he broke to the early lead without his muzzle on and took advantage off all of that clean air up front. He held tough all the way to the wire for the slim win. Tuff Enuf fans don't worry though, sooner or later he will get out of this funk and start winning races again.
