Big Wednesday for B&J, Crowe and Adoption

B & J had a great Wednesday at the Orange Park Kennel Club.

Not only did they get 3 greyhounds into the finals of the 2009 Sunshine State Silver Cup, the big dog Count Ivan drew a great 2 box in the finals, they also won 5 races on the two cards.

In the matinee Pak Mccracken won the 4th race and Starz Margie took home the victory in the 5th. In the evening card the fun continued on as Se's We Goin Too won her first Grade A 660 yard race in the 9th and Wp's Clinton won his first grade A sprint race in the 11th. Fth Keystone Kid also won the 12th race on the card.

The Crowe Kennel has been hot as of late too with 4 wins of their own between their two cards and A finalist in the SSSC, Topaz Hanna!

Snj Cobra Jet was the sole winner in the 12th race in the matinee, but in the night card things started to heat up as they won the 6th with Eds Mark Time, the 8th with Mythical Magic, and the 10th with Mlb Hefner.

More great news came for Teddy Palmer and the DQ Williams Kennel in the matinee as upstart Charmurpantsoff beat the box and cruised around the racetrack on the lead to win his 2nd grade A race in a row.

Charmurpants off is in the Race For Adoption program and proceeds from his wins go to Halfwayhome Adoptions. Congrats to DQ and Teddy on another impressive victory.
